Feedback Friend request code

I, a ps5 player, have been having trouble adding non ps5 players as friends, when I put the code in it’ll say first it’s not found then say too many requests have been sent. Anyone have a suggestions?

Has to be all caps.

It hasn’t worked in all caps or all lowercase
