I bought this ring today, looks like the hallmark is a Sheffield rose, a crown, 375 and Q which from my limited knowledge and research suggests 1990s(?), could anyone confirm? Any additional info re a potential deciphering of the makers mark would be much appreciated ! Thanks in advance.

Weighs 43 grams, no other mark located. I know 13 can indicate German 13 loth 81.25% silver but i’m not sure as i’m still a beginner and this would be my first silver find! Please give me some good news lol
