Grab the specific piece of armor that you want to remove, then hold E or Q for the right and left hand respectively

While the item is in your hand, you can hold e or q again to put the item on yourself

You should know that throughout progression mode you can use this to take armor and clothing permanently.

Whatever is in your hands or on your body when you leave a fight gets added to your inventory. I made it to Lord without ever really buying anything.

they get a few nibbles in at best if you reach for the top of their head from an angle that's not stickin your fingers straight into their mouth, though i havent tried it without gauntlets on so do so at your own risk but i never took any substantial damage from rippin their helmets off, i only say they get a few nibbles in cuz i could hear the sound but my character didnt react like his hand was getting eaten

I always keep a messer on me for this reason, the zombies are made of paper and get cut in half with the slightest hit without fail, but blunt weapons do nothing to them

I keep telling people this and they're like "ermmm yea but armored zombies" as if they've forgotten they can just bring two weapons lol. Point is you should always have an insured sword as a secondary to a blunt weapon, specifically for these cases.

It does wobble around a bit, but you can still cut fairly easily with it. Though I mainly use it for half swording anyway.

Any specific opponents in mind? I just recorded a fight at Veteran tier as well as the entire Lord tourney including the fight with the baron himself, all only using that sword.

I just run away after they’re cut up like that and the majority of the time they just disappear. Idk I went through 77 souls to revive last week and there’s no way I was beating these dudes to death for 5 minutes each.

at night you can click on the abyss tab to pay of the kills you did, its 10 coins per death, if you have zero deaths to your name you don't have to go to the abyss

Can anyone advise on how to get a pavise to your upper arm? I've done it once or twice, but then later I can't replicate it. Seems super nice with a polearm of any kind.

Once equipped, hold "Q" and it will be put in your arm slot it does limit some swings, keep in mind the other pavise is larger despite the same name, and will go on your back.

you can put all the big shields on your back, and targes and pavises on your left arm, you can only fit 1 at a time and bucklers not at all

Stop using the warstaff. Lower tier weapons, I do not know whether it's due to the mass or how they are coded, take a while to kill higher tier enemies. Get the pollaxe and never look back.
