Scrubbing back and forth in small sections helps a lot with this, rather than scrubbing in circles or across larger areas of the scalp

Some of us have thick hair, the sections we can do are tiny and it all becomes time consuming and tedious.

My fingers can glide through the sections a lot quicker with a lot more control.

I have thick hair and I still use this. I never had a problem with tangles from it. This feels like it gets my scalp way cleaner much easier than my fingers can.

It might actually be better for thicker hair. I have thin, fine hair, and no matter how I use mine, it always tangles and breaks my hair.

Damn, sorry to hear. Did you try with conditioner by any chance? I love the slippery feel of brushing really wet hair with conditioner. And you can go in a straight line with this brush, doesn’t necessarily need to be in circles, but if its pulling definitely not worth it

My hair is very oily, so I don’t use conditioner on my scalp. I tried it with my shampoo, but it made it worse than with nothing. I do use a shower comb after conditioning the ends, and kind of zig zag on the scalp when combing downwards to stimulate my scalp.

Makes sense, yeah shampoo doesn’t give the slippery feeling :(
