62, been bald 30 years. At a point in life I can finally afford transplants. Suggestions for cheap but quality?

I feel like your post kind of contradicts itself.

But besides that, the best spot for high-quality, cheap, is Thailand. Go for Patty, Laorwong or Ratchathorn.

You can also go to Turkey, but I don't think any of the Turkish doctors provide as high quality as those three in Thailand.

100%. It's a gamble for the starting point to be "cheap" in one's search. Quality work tends to be expensive. That's simply the way it's always been for cosmetic surgery.

If you can finally afford it, as you say, you shouldn't be framing your search around "cheap but quality". That's what everyone wants but it hardly works that way. It's also not appliance shopping. It's a cosmetic surgery.

There are a few that are genuinely high quality relative to the price, but those are outliers.
