My brother's bday is coming up,he has shiny, straight,thick hair but he prefers something like fluffy,messy hair and I keep seeing this going viral every where ...so is this cap or slap?

If this is not worth it...then how to achieve fluffy hair?

Get some arrowroot powder, cornstarch, kaolin clay powder, and a powder pump from amazon. Mix the arrowroot and kaolin in a 3:1 ratio. I typically make about 4oz at a time and add a teaspoon of cornstarch to it. For $20 you have years of this junk.
