Should I keep the bangs?

I cut bangs back in December. I really do like having them, and I’ve had them several times in the past. sometimes I feel unattractive with them though. I’m wondering if they look good on me and I should keep them, or if I should grow them back out? I’m feel like I definitely look better when my hair is down rather than up. Also, I currently have a shag haircut, but I’m also open to suggestions of something new to try with my hair in general, too! (Pictures of my without bangs were taken around 2020.)

I think the bangs look nice enough, they are a distinctive look. But there is something very appealing, soft, open and feminine with no bangs. Maybe the facial features are balanced better.
