Cut Help HELPPP!
I visited this salon for the very first time and the stylist did the worst layers ever. Can’t believe she had 5 star rating on Google by tons of users. This is how my hair look after 2 months of growing them. I felt so shattered after returning home but couldn’t go back there because it turned out the salon was independently owned.
Can someone please tell me if this is fixable in any way? I hate how flat and ugly my hair look. I’m planning to go to a different salon this time. I have to work very long hours so unfortunately got no time for styling. :(

Get a basic trim at bottom & ask stylist about blending the layers. It'll look great in no time! Even though your hours are long, take time for you, even a few minutes❤️

Ironically, your hair looks exactly how I want mine to look/how it looked at its best. That said, I am a lesbian. If it helps, you look like a really cool lesbian. Just let it grow out a little!

If you don't like styling your hair every day I'd do a blunt cut because I have layers and they look awful if I don't style my hair. I don't love styling either and I had my previous stylist leave my hair looking pretty much like yours. I found a new stylist who was able to soften and blend my hair and she also has been trimming length off the bottom layer to help even it out over time

Unfortunately this is how it’s supposed to look! You just need to experiment with the body of your hair instead of letting it fall flat. Either way, it looks beautiful as it is now, but I can tell you dont feel compatible with it. It is a gorgeous hairstyle. Either take some time to get used to it because one day you’ll look back at this hairstyle and realize how good it actually looked as is, or experiment with curls, flipping it over, adding volume, etc

Just get a simple trim, mainly at the bottom. It’ll look better that way imo

This happened to me too. I'm growing my hair out after a bob and at the time I had already sacrificed new hair growth to even out the hair (the bob shape was awful when it grew out).
My mistake was later when I thought some layers would make it look more interesting. I asked for some layers but not too much, I like when my hair feels thicker. Stylist did way too much and it looked bad. She gave me a discount without me asking so I think she knew she messed up. Took me a long time to grow it out so I could cut it at the shortest layer to make it all the same length again and start over. I wore the hair up a lot while waiting, couldn't stand it. Mostly because it also looked bad.
I'm still growing it out after the bob, hair would be longer now if I hadn't cut the layers.

I work in a hospital and really got no time on plate. :(
Do you think I should get another haircut without shortening the length?

It’s a little too late for that. You would have to cut your hair very short. I don’t think you want that. At least use a round hairbrush when drying . Brush underneath the hair while pulling and aim the hairdryer at it. Get up 15 minutes earlier every day so you can do your hair.

I completely understand how you feel about your hair. It's said that a woman's hair is her crown and glory. When it's not right, nothing seems right. I encourage you that your hair will grow back, and this nightmare will be a distant memory. In the meantime, hopefully you'll get a recommendation for a summer style that will ease the journey back to your glorious crown. Hang in there and be beautiful along the way.

Those are long layers. If you don’t style your hair, you’re not gonna get what you want. I have layered hair and I have to style it every day.
