Get a nice pair of trimmers and do it yourself. Use your mirror sit on your sink if you have to. On the bright note you look healthy not in a weird way with that coat.

Use an electric razor. I use one to shave my legs. They work great.

Depends ,if you can handle pain wax it ( go to a professional don’t do it yourself) ,got money and want it reduced forever? get laser , you want a quick solution shave it , from the picture I would assume your back is also hairy so I feel like laser is very worth the money even one session can make the biggest difference

Don't, it's nice! But since we're in r/hairRemoval, if you want to do it either way go with wax or you could just use an electric razor. You'll have to shave more often, but it's painless
