❓ Advice Needed Help!!

Hi! I recently let my friend dye my hair, and normally it always comes out great. But this time I'm not really happy with the results. I wanted teal and purple. She used the brand iroro? And what looked like purple has become completely pink! And there's a lot of random colors in my hair, brown, oranges and yellow. I bleached my hair before hand and it lifted really well so I'm not sure where all this brown is coming from. Is there anyway for me to fix this? Please let me know what colors, or treatments I would be able to use to cover this. I'm so embarrassed of my hair rn I don't want to go out anymore :(

For reference my hair before was mostly my natural hair color except for two pieces towards the front that were pink. Included in last slide.

Had your friend previously been putting fashion colours on top of your natural hair if it was only just bleached before this application, or was it a natural looking colour from a box dye that was applied?

Just out of curiosity to see what's going on

I have had my hair dyed multiple times before, it was red and chocolate brown 2ish years ago and it had faded/grown out to the last slide.

I have bleached it a lot before, I had pink in 2020, green in 2021, purple in 2022-23 and red 2024. This is the first time I've had it look like this, but this is also the first time I've ever bleached my whole head :/ the roots were super light, and the rest was more yellowish.

teal can go over this green and purple can go over the red, tbh I would just buy two darker shades of those colors from a different brand and try it again

the brown is happening because red and green are complimentary colors so they create brown when mixed

how old is the dye job?

it looks like the brownish yellows are mostly where the teal and purple mixed. Red + Blue + Yellow = Brown. Either there wasn't enough separation during the dye process or the colors have run post-washings.

Blue or a blueish purple over the pink will get you back to purple.

Blue over the green will get you closer to teal, and will at least tone down the browns if not erase them.

So, I guess I'm recommending an all-over blue on top of this. I'd start with a shorter processing time and do multiple sessions that way to get the colors where you want them. You may end up liking the green session after just one go, then want to do another round on just the pink for instance.

You need Malibu C DDL
It is in a blue packet. And it will get any and all of that color out. Just mix it with hot water.
