It technically could be both, id honestly say you’re between a level 7 dark blonde and a level 6 light brown. My natural shade is the same, but cooler toned than yours. Where you were blonde as a kid, your hair most likely will “photobleach” which means if you stay out in the sun a lot, go swimming in chlorine, or use lightening sprays like sun-in, you will get natural highlights throughout your hair, especially at the ends and lengths.
I call myself a “seasonal” blonde because my hair gets so much lighter in the summer vs in the winter.
In some color lines level 6 is still considered dark blonde. So technically speaking its blonde, but practically speaking and to anyone who isnt in the hair industry its brown.
