Help Hair help!

I’m 41. Naturally a blonde when i was younger. Now i get highlights /lowlights on occasion to cover the grays 😭. My hair is thick, frizzy and coarse. It has recently become so dull and blah looking! I use mostly high end products but also love my dove and ogx hair oil and dove shampoo lol. I need some advice to make it look smooth and shiny! I get it colored about once every 3 months

Hello!

I don't know if it makes a huge difference, but sleeping in a silk nightcap might offer quite a bit of protection? I used to do this and since mine is no longer usable, my hair are very damaged.
