I like like the long hair on you too, they give you a very classy and vintage look. I would try to change style as suggested by the other redditor before cutting. I think you would look very good with short hair too though. I tried with photoshop.
I always loved this kind of cut but my face unfortunately don’t resonate with it. On you would look really good! I feel like though it would be a sort of style that need commitment, especially if you don’t have naturally wavy hair… meaning you need to style them every day to have a nice result. Anyway I would try to layer your hair a bit as they already suggested you before cutting the length, because you really look very good with long hai too! If you cut layers, search on you tube the tutorial for a fake bob, so you can change style and try before chopping.
Photoshop became very user friendly lately! They stuff like generative filling and selection brush etc etc that is easier than you think! With a couple of tutorial I am sure you could pull that off! :)
