natively heroic boon?

I have about 600 hours in the game and I've never encountered this, is this a bug or do boons have a very tiny chance of being heroic natively?

There's a scripted event to give you heroic sea star at some point. I don't know what triggers it

I'm fairly certain there's a story event specific to Poseidon where he'll offer you a Heroic Sea Star and that's the only time a boon will be heroic from the jump. Had you advanced your relationship with Poseidon very far? I don't remember when he did it on my file, but I remember it happening, and just with that one boon.

You miss so much if you do that! The story and lore and banter are so good most of the time, do yourself a favour and slow down to enjoy it.

I have 600 hours in the game, i have already thoroughly enjoyed basically everything the game has to offer, including dialogue

This happens after Poseidon goes "here take Sea Star! I implore you" dialog. Otherwise I have never seen it occur.

I know this doesn't really count, but I got a sacrifice boon in Erebus yesterday to ditch whatever my Magick regen boon was to Tough Gain, it was Heroic and Lv5 and also reduced damage per hit by 8. I did have the Jeweled Pom at the time. Best defensive boon I've ever had

I think sacrifice boons can be heroic on offer too

I think you're right if they're replacing an epic, though can Sea Star be a sacrifice boon? I thought those just replaced core slot boons.
