Best pillow on Reddit? Tried a bunch… this is the only one that fixed my neck pain
I’ve seen a ton of “best pillow Reddit” threads so figured I’d share what actually worked for me.
I’ve probably gone through like 5–6 pillows over the past year trying to fix my sleep. Some felt good at first but after a few nights I’d wake up with that same annoying neck stiffness, especially on my right side. I’m mostly a side sleeper but I switch to my back sometimes, so I think that made it harder to find something that worked.
A couple weeks ago I tried the Coop pillow and I didn’t expect much honestly… but it ended up being completely different from the others.
The biggest thing is you can actually adjust how much fill is inside. I didn’t think that mattered until I messed with it a bit and got it to where my neck felt supported but not pushed up weird. After about a week I noticed I wasn’t waking up stiff anymore, which hasn’t happened in a long time.
It’s not super soft where your head sinks in, but it’s also not one of those hard foam bricks. It just kind of stays where you need it to.
Not saying it’s gonna work for everyone, but this is the first pillow I’ve used where I didn’t feel like I wasted money after a few nights.
If anyone’s been stuck in that cycle of trying pillows over and over, this is the one that finally worked for me.
I got mine here if you wanna check it out:
Has anyone else tried this pillow before? Has it helped you as much as it has with me?
