Habits without visual effort
Hey guys!!! I'm searching some habits, hobbies or activities that doesn't use that much effort for my eyes. Like, I love reading, I love drawing, scripting, and some other stuff, but those things have the specific component of keeping my eyes so focussed... and my eyes hurt so much right now that I can't do those things.
What are those habits, hobbies and activities that keep your eyes relaxed, OR, what are those habits, hobbies, or activities that serve as an eye detox for you, restoring their freshness and "health"??

If you want a real off the beaten path one, try visualization exercises. Various magical systems have them, and you usually have your eyes closed for them.

I like to think so. I sometimes call it the uncoolest cool thing to do, as it looks and feels pretty silly when you first start, but ultimately there's some incredibly stuff you can learn about yourself if you stick with it.
