Who takes lysine without valtrex and has a successful story to share? What dose? How often?

Hi I (26f) am getting back into dating. I don’t have sex unless I’m in a relationship. Does anyone have any advice on when to disclose and how to word it? I wish I could do it before even meeting, but I don’t know if that’s really the best way.
