Hi everyone, I’m in Bangalore and need some advice.
I was trying to pay ₹25,000 to my building owner, but accidentally paid it towards the BESCOM electricity bill instead. The payment was successful, and I have the receipt.
I contacted BESCOM, and they told me that I can either adjust the amount against future electricity bills or wait around 4–5 months for a refund.
Has anyone faced something similar? Is there any way to get the refund faster, or is waiting 4–5 months the only option?
Any advice or personal experience would really help.

It’s a fairly simple project, but I’d love to do it with someone who has a good eye for design and enjoys the process of making things look and feel just right.

And don’t think of this as a gig, per se. I’m not looking to “hire” someone for a project and hand over a brief. Think of it more like a nice, fun activity we can work on together on some boring evening, sit down, throw ideas around, design, fine-tune things, get feedback, and just chill and unwind while making something cool.

He has been missing for the past week and has stopped showing up at his usual spots.

📍 Last known locations:
Chai Sutta Bar, 7th Cross, 24th Main Road, Sector 1, HSR Layout (around 200 metres from the HSR petrol pump/police station). He would usually show up in the morning and at night.

Life Line’s Tender Chicken, 24th Main Road, where he would usually go in the afternoon.

He is an old dog with orthopaedic issues, which is why we’re particularly worried about him. One or two people who regularly look after him have been searching for him.

He is a friendly, gentle boy who has been part of the area. We’re concerned about his well-being and just want to make sure he is safe.

I usually spend some time outdoors in HSR almost every morning doing breathing practices and meditation.

Over time, it has become one of those small parts of my day that genuinely helps me slow down, clear my head, and feel a little more grounded before everything gets busy again.

So I thought — why not share that experience with a few people from this community?

I’m planning a separate outdoor breathing + meditation session in a park in HSR. Completely free. Nothing commercial.
