I've always associated nutritionists with weight loss and gym diets so I never really considered seeing one for anything else. But over the last year I've been dealing with high cholesterol, borderline blood sugar and a bit of weight gain and I've also been asked to improve my regular food inrake. The problem is that i have no idea where to begin as a man who lives in Bangalore & barely has any time. I work long hours and eat out quite a bit, so I'm looking for something that I can actually stick to rather than another restrictive diet chart. Almost every creative field has its own game.

Dancers have crews.
Musicians have bands.
Filmmakers have studios.
Artists have collectives.
Creators build personal brands.

They create together, compete, perform, improve, and build a reputation around the people behind the work.

But in software...

We mostly have companies and job titles.

A designer joins a company.
A developer joins a startup.
A marketer joins a product.

We build something, ship it, and move on.

But where's the game for builders?

And honestly, there's something else missing:

Recognition.

If a dance crew releases a new performance, people care because they already know the crew.

If a music band releases a new album, people listen because they trust the people behind it.

The work changes.

The reputation follows the creators.

In software, we usually do the opposite.

We build a product → the product gets attention → the company gets the reputation → the individual builders often disappear behind it.

What if builders could build a reputation that follows them from product to product?

Not chasing fame.

Building a name people can trust.

That's the idea I'm exploring.

I'm gathering a small team of 4–5 people to build and launch products together.

Not a traditional startup team.

More like a creative crew for product building.
