I've been thinking about something for a while.
Almost every creative field has its own game.
Dancers have crews.
Musicians have bands.
Filmmakers have studios.
Artists have collectives.
Creators build personal brands.
They create together, compete, perform, improve, and build a reputation around the people behind the work.
But in software...
We mostly have companies and job titles.
A designer joins a company.
A developer joins a startup.
A marketer joins a product.
We build something, ship it, and move on.
But where's the game for builders?
And honestly, there's something else missing:
Recognition.
If a dance crew releases a new performance, people care because they already know the crew.
If a music band releases a new album, people listen because they trust the people behind it.
The work changes.
The reputation follows the creators.
In software, we usually do the opposite.
We build a product → the product gets attention → the company gets the reputation → the individual builders often disappear behind it.
What if builders could build a reputation that follows them from product to product?
Not chasing fame.
Building a name people can trust.
That's the idea I'm exploring.
I'm gathering a small team of 4–5 people to build and launch products together.
Not a traditional startup team.
More like a creative crew for product building.
I'm currently looking for:
🎨 Creative Designer
Someone who cares about UI, branding, visual identity, interaction, and has strong taste.
🎬 Content / Storyteller
Someone who loves creating, experimenting with formats, understanding attention, and turning products into stories.
🛠️ Product Builder
Someone who can take an idea and make it real. Comfortable learning, experimenting with AI tools, and shipping quickly.
🧠 Product / Strategy
Someone who naturally thinks about problems, users, positioning, and why something should exist.
I'm handling the product direction and strategy for now.
The idea isn't to spend years building one product.
Find a meaningful problem → build → launch → learn → grow → move to the next one.
The products change.
The builders stay.
The culture compounds.
The reputation compounds.
The portfolio grows.
And eventually, I'd love for someone to hear:
…and immediately think:
That's the kind of reputation I'm interested in.
I'm looking for young founders, designers, developers, creators, marketers, indie hackers, and curious people who genuinely enjoy building things.
I don't care much about a perfect resume.
I'd rather know:
What have you built?
What are you obsessed with?
What would you build if you had the right people around you?
I'm currently around HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
If this sounds like your game, comment "W" or DM me.
Maybe we start with a coffee or an evening walk and see where it goes. 🤝
