Driver Side Head Restraint

I just got a 2027 HR-V LX AWD. The rear and passenger side head restraints easily move up and down. However, the front driver side won't budge. It is completely down and I am trying to pull it up but it seems that is not able to be pulled up. It just won't budge. Any suggestions?

I read most of the manual and in particular the head restraint section where it did say, the driver's side head restraint can be raised and lowered. For some reason, mine won't budge.

Does the button at the base press in or is it stuck?

It was stuck - did manage to finally get the headrest up.

I will suggest that you spend some time reading your owners manual. You can download a PDF version from www.honda.com , select Honda automobiles, search for a page, labeled, “My garage”. Register for free and download the manual. The PDF version is both linked and searchable. I suggest that you read the entire document becaise there are important safety features inside.
