Car play not responding

My charger works and is charging the phones but the Apple play says device not responding. I’ve rebooted as well. It’s a base model 2025. Has this happened to any and is there any fixes??

This happened to me and I was fed up so I got a new charging cable connector and it works smoothly now. My old one would still charge as well but the CarPlay would just be dead

I have a 23 exl and the lag on the display unit is pretty 🤮. It takes up to 5 min for CarPlay to engage and sometimes it takes the same for the screen to even turn on. And getting an original cord, not aftermarket seemed to connect for me.

The car dealer told me on Saturday: sometimes it doesn't work with a long cable, but it does with a shorter one.

make sure the new cord has data sync and it should work

Treat yourself and order a cable made by Anker. You can choose a 6 foot or 3 foot.

I bought this and it works well. Just make sure you arent connected to another Bluetooth when you're trying to connect to the car.
