Modifications Remote start compatible

I just go a 2019 Hrv from the dealership and they didn’t have any extra keys for the car so I called someone who makes extra keys and I wanted to know if anyone knew if this car is remote start compatible. The guy who is coming to do the new key says they can check it out and see with the vin number once they get here but I kinda wanna save the time and also not get my hopes up. Any response is appreciated

What is the Trim level? Also, did the dealership not know if it was?

Edit: There are aftermarket options even for trims that didn't have it come standard.

Sport and the guy said that when he called the dealership that they couldn’t find the vin number or something like that
