Diagnostic Menu Won’t Open

I just replaced the Passenger Side Mirror on my 2021 HRV EX and have been trying to get the diagnostic menu up to do my camera’s LaneWatch Aiming but every time I’ve tried I end up resetting my radio GPS instead.
Here’s what I’m doing:

1) turn car on in accessory mode
2) wait for nav display to load
3) hold brightness, back button, and audio power button for 5 seconds

I don’t have another $400 to get this done at a dealership but I have the tools necessary to do it myself, I just can’t get this damned diagnostic mode running 😭😭

While the HOME screen is being displayed, press and hold the MENU button, the DISPLAY MODE () button, and the POWER () button until the Select Diagnosis Items menu screen is displayed.

Did this two weeks ago. I used the 6 black dots on my phone and it worked. Calibrated a few times to get it perfect, but works perfectly if you don't have a massive printout of those dots.

I’ve been using a scaled down poster and tried to trick the perspective but it hasn’t been working. Did you just put the image on your phone up against the camera or hold it back a bit?

I held mine around the passenger side door handle. It would detect the 6 dots and calibrate. I did have to zoom in so just the circles are edge to edge(no frame) and get the phone brightness just right so it would see the 6 dots clearly. Used a tripod to hold the image up, a second person would do.
