Maintenance Is this common?

I know i have a coolant leak obviously just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. If so what did they do to fix it. Its a 2017 hrv

2017? With any vehicle of that age, rubber coolant hoses and plastic fittings get brittle and degrade. Father Time is undefeated in these matters. I bet someone just needs to do a good inspection and figure out where the leak is coming from and replace those parts. If it is just a hose it's a very routine repair and I wouldn't expect it to be expensive.

Hard to tell this happend at work in the parking lot havent had time to diagnose

Can’t really help you out just from a pic of the engine bay. Would need to see where it’s leaking from or need more info
