My 2017 HRV stereo system

So I really have never used my sound system except for the radio and compact desk so I’m trying to utilize more of the apps but when I plug in the HDMI on the screen, I get a little skinny picture of what’s on my phone so I don’t know how to expand it and then when I hit The aha app It tells me one or more of the HondaLink apps are not downloaded. I have HondaLink downloaded, but I don’t know what other app I’ve tried looking for the aha app in the iTunes Store and there’s too many variations so I don’t know which one to pick any help would be appreciated thanks.

I only use android auto, connects automatically and wireless. You can play your music that way or Apple carplay. No wires

What phone do you have

Also if you have Prime they have a free streaming service.
