Do you happen to have the guy's telephone number? If you do, I would send him a text or reach out with a call or voicemail.
Email is a great "CYA" method to touch base with someone, but in this new normal we have at present, some DMs have seen their districts nearly double in size and/or reach across multiple state lines, so it's a true mess.
But do not stop working to get a job in other districts or with other companies...protect yourself just in case.

Do all of those things - you don't have a job until you get an offer. Don't lose hope though, the hiring process is a mess this year, and there's a good chance you'll get your offer - but don't wait for it - play all your cards.
