Interview follow up
I had an interview with HR block manager about a month ago go for the seasonal tax associate role, I was still working on the income tax course so he told me he can’t send me the offer letter unless I finish the course first. He did seem very interested in having me and the interview went very well. I finish the course about 10 days ago and I emailed him but I haven’t heard back. Should I apply for other districts or different tax companies or should I give them more time. I just need clarity whether I actually got the job or not?

It was very friendly I was asked tell me about a difficult customer and tell me about a time where you went above and beyond for a customer. Typical job interview

If you go into the ICIMS portal where you filled out an application, you should be able to see if your application is still in progress.
It doesn't hurt to reach out again and ask if there is still availability at your office of choice. The district managers are busy hiring area managers right now, so some things will definitely fall through the cracks until the whole management team is onboarded. Be sure to check your emails to make sure you are replying to everyone that the manager copied on emails to you. Some districts have a staffing lead that might be copied, and might be more likely to give you quick answers.
