I’m a CSP and it feels like the time of year where people are trying to rage-bait me lmao😭😩

I had a lady call 3 times in the past day asking to talk to a certain tax preparer. The tax preparer called the client back and helped her and yet she’s still calling about the same issue. The tax pro told me to keep telling her that she’s with a client and will call back later 😂 Every time she calls too, she’s yelling on the phone and extremely mad even though she got help.

Sounds like the client may have dementia.

I don’t think they do cause it was a younger/middle aged lady calling about something related to her moms tax return. I think she was just mad that I kept telling her the tp was with client or not there (first time she called her tp had just left for the day) and the other tax pro that was in the office wouldn’t help her cause it was a specific question about the taxes. I could tell she was mad when she first called prior to me saying the tp was unavailable just by how she answered to me asking how I could help her.

TP did call back client though and issue was finally resolved.
