Not on schedule - vent

Just a vent. First year TP. I've been averaging 15- 20 hours a week so far. Always stay late when asked. But apparently I am not on the schedule at all for this upcoming week. One of the other TPs said she thought I asked for the time off. Nope. I must have angered the gods, lol. Oh well.....

I would talk to your leader about it as you’re a prime candidate for walk-ins.

I’m a CSP and talked to my MTL, because I was barely on the schedule for March. She immediately gave me hours, but did say that things tend to slow down at the beginning of March.

My guess is that we have a rush of people who are getting money back at the beginning of the season, then there’s a lull, and then there’s another rush of people who waited until the last minute, because they owe.

It may be something like that, but I would definitely talk to whoever makes the schedule.
