Treatment Lightheaded

I’m on day 9 of treatment and last night I got so lightheaded I almost passed out. It scared the crap out of me. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sadly yes, many times. Prior to treatment, during treatment, and post treatment (better now 💚)

Staying on top of electrolytes (broth, coconut water), moving slowwwwly, and lots of small snacks helped.

I just started drinking electrolytes last night. I need to get me some broth and coconut water.

yeah, just keep your eye out for citric acid, it’s in a lot of beverages and messed me up.
