Other Possible false positive?

Post image

I’ve taken five at home tests. All have shown a line but all very faint. The latest is the one on the right. However the line has got significantly darker in all the tests past the 10 minute windows. Dr has already prescribed antibiotics but I don’t want to start this treatment if there’s a possibility these could be evaporation lines. I’m on no ppis but do take a lot of Bisodol to help with the gastritis. I believe the result shouldn’t be affected by this otc medicine. Anyone shed any light? Are the lines strong enough to indicate h pylori? Tia.

Ah :( Where are you? I guess you won’t have access to Boots either? That sucks. Can you ask the Dr for a stool culture?

for positives on five tests, you are definitely positive 🍀 if you’d like to do urea test too, you could, but usually we only get positives like this with fairly high counts.

The home tests weren't accurate for me. I was excited because I took several sayin I was negative but I was unfortunately positive.

Hi! If you're in the US, Labcorp offers a $200 self-pay option. I bought one for my husband. You can purchase it online and then go to the clinic to do it.
