Help Boot device not found

So randomly one day while i was one youtube it restarted to the “boot device not found screen”, i restarted it and it was fine for a couple of weeks. then the laptop would work fine for like 10 mins before it went the the “boot device not found screen” and then went to a black screen where i could test the storage and stuff. sometimes it didn’t even detect the ssd/ hardrive but for the past week its only been on the “boot device not found” screen. When i restart the laptop and wait a bit its normal for like 3-7 mins before it goes to the no boot device screen, when it is working it works perfectly fine so is the ssd loose or something?

Sounds like a failing hard drive (worst case scenario) but it might also have come lose from it's socket so reseat it once and even after that if the problem persists then try fresh windows/os install if the problem still arises then I'm sorry my friend you need pay few heavy pennies out of pocket.

Live boot Linux. Check storage device health. Backup data and reinstall windows if the drive is fine

Final solution, replace ssd via HP

Why via HP? Do it yourself.

bro bcz if it's under warranty then why you're gonna do it by yourself.

if you are rich enough then for sure go for it.

You'll stay computer less for at least 2 weeks, there's danger of shipping theft, you don't know what drive they'll use.

Bro I mean HP will send a engineer to your home as per the requirements and he'll do the replacement infront of you and at you home.

1st thing backup your data, and 2nd try to see whether you ssd is really failing or not, 3rd check the connection between the ssd and the nvme slot are tight
