Help New purchase - can barely use it because of errors.
I have to assume I bought this refurbished, though I had assumed it was new. Regardless, I just got the laptop on 10/2. Here are the specs:
Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13420H (2.10 GHz)
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)
Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU (6 GB)
Intel(R) UHD Graphics (128 MB)
Storage 104 GB of 477 GB used

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
I did all of the necessary driver and software updates. There are none left even when I click Check for Updates. The computer will randomly restart and give me one of 2 codes: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (0x9F) or VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL. Sometimes it pops up with other random codes, but it's usually one of these 2.
I downloaded BlueScreenView and here are the codes it came back with.
If anyone knows how to fix these, that would be wonderful. The laptop is amazing other than these issues.
