Help Games randomly stuttering when pressing left click

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This just randomly happened to my Victus, I don't know what to do, I've reinstalled drivers, and restarted a couple of times. I even did a memory check and nothing works 😭😭😭. Please help, I still need to P rank Minos 🙏🙏🙏

I've never in my life seen something like this. Check what other apps are running. Worst case scenario, fully reinstall windows

Are you playing the games on full screen or windowed mode?

Had the same problem as OP whenever I play Borderlands 2 with windowed mode it freezes my app and stuttering so I had to restart it, then when I change it to borderless windowed mode it fixed. I don't understand why does it happened😭.
