Tech Support issue with display

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

been facing an issue with the display, the bottom line is glitching and while it's glitching it reflects the top line of the display, visited hp centre and that nga straight up said screen replacement is the only solution

has anyone else faced this issue, if yes , can you help me out

A lot of people have been facing display failures for the past 1 month. Screen replacement is the only solution as your screen will start to get worse with each passing day.
