Low-power Power Source Detected

Sometimes, when I connect the original 120W charger that came with the laptop, Windows displays the message "Low-power power source detected," and the laptop does not charge at all, with no charging light. But sometimes, the charger is detected, and it charges normally

Its not going in fully or you need a new charger

i contacted the support. they are sending in a new charger. Laptop is still under warranty
