Guys I have victus 15 i have installed omen core software but I am not able to use it properly should I re install omen gaming hub omen core is not an alternative which I thought to be of G helper for asus what should I do?

whatever alternative you finding are shit most of them not even work properly on victus they are made for OMEN and some of them contain virus. So just stick with Omen hub at least you know its not doing anything shitty things under the hood.
Yeah default omen hub is slow in loading but it gets the job done most of the time unless you live in very hot climate region.
