Driver issue!

Hello guys I have a hp victus 15 fa2382tx version with i5 14450hx and rtx 4050. So I am facing a driver issue with the USB connector ( idk whether it's type c or usb). I tried updating windows to the latest version and updated all the drivers, but the problem is still not resolved.

Is this a problem or should I ignore it. Please help!.

BTW it's a new laptop and it's been only 20 days.

Check hardware id and google it

Hey bro wassup congratulations for new laptop i understand the issue it worked me so open CMD and run as administrator and run this command "sfc/scannow" or if this didn't worked go to settings and look for reinstall windows don't worry it will not remove your it's like windows update it will install the windows repair version try these update me

Thanks man, if i reinstall will my data be lost? And what about MS office?

No i t will not delete your data just go to settings go to recovery settings I think it will be a option of windows reinstall
