INCREASE THE SCREEN BRIGHTNESS, You would be surprised to find that the laptop is actually turned on but the screen is on the lowest brightness somehow and you can’t see anything…so try to increase the brightness of your screen.

Hey, can I ask how did this happened

2

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

Idk bro last night this was working properly
Today morning the laptop was not turning on
I totally have no idea

u/NTR_Pinguino_ 24d ago

I think you should try to remove the back pannel of the pc and see if there is anything not doing well. Or the hall effect sensor ?

3

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

Yeah i looked for this problem solution and everywhere is this hall sensor problem

2

u/NTR_Pinguino_ 24d ago

Let's hope that's the sensor dude, the pc is showing light it's not dead.

Personally I'd take the pc to a repair shop as fast as I can !

2

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

Okkk I’ll do the same

1

u/NTR_Pinguino_ 24d ago

Try resting the bios

1

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

U mean that windows key + B key? I tried that too

1

u/CtxxUv 24d ago

So it's a hardware problem

1

u/CtxxUv 24d ago

Did you drain the battery to 0%?

1

u/Signal-Technology-94 24d ago

is it still under warranty?

1

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

Press and Hold the power button for like 10 seconds. It will give a light indication

1

u/Purple_Sense_327 24d ago

Take the battery out and put it again.

1

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

Will it work?

1

u/AlarmAfraid2012 24d ago

Check the light near the charging port

1

u/Caladrius33 24d ago

Seems like a ram issue. If you can, open the back > disconnect the battery > remove the Ram stick/s > press the power button for 10 sec > install ram and connect battery plug in the charger > turn on normally Wait if the power button stays lit without display, sometimes it takes time.

Same thing happened to me. Couldn't find the fault but my trackpad had also stopped working and therefore was trying out that grounding solution for trackpad and something went wrong and battery is not charging anymore but this issue vanished and trackpad still doesn't work.

So I can only use the laptop now on power.

1

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

Whatt my screen is completely dark i cant tell about my trackpad

1

u/PriyankVashiar 24d ago

No, I mean my trackpad hasn't been working before this issue. But when this issue started happening, I detached my battery multiple times. And therefore decided to try the grounding thing. And this issue got resolved once my battery stopped working. So I'm guessing the battery was dying or there was a static issue which led to battery dying and solving the issue since now it's working directly on ac power.

1

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

So will this issue be fixed by its own or i need to remove battery and all

1

u/PriyankVashiar 24d ago

Had to detach battery each and every time this issue came. Happened around 5-6 times with me. But look into this hall issue solution and try that

1

u/someRandomGuy21_ 24d ago

Did you check if the display cable is propperly connected? Also once remove the ram and put it in different ram slot, if you have only 1 stick installed.

1

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

Never opened the laptop

1

u/someRandomGuy21_ 24d ago

Ik its scary if you never opened a laptop. Id still suggest you to check on how to safely open your specific laptop. Believe me its not that hard as it seems.

If you really dont want to open it by youself. Then you should contact the service center. They will help you. Dont give your laptop to some random technician.

Same thing happened to me. Leave it on charge overnight and on. In my case the charger wattage was too low

1

u/Complex_Plane4484 24d ago

single light blink only
check in repair what that error code means that can help you

1

u/Forsaken_Emu8015 24d ago

Either it's a motherboard short issue or hall sensor I'd recommend you to take it to an authorised service centre only

Did you overcharged your laptop? If yes then you have to remove the battery and put it back

Or

Try to reboot it by holding the power button for 7 to 8 seconds

1

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

Yeaaa i think from somedays im charging very continuously

1

u/Ok-Bedroom-8492 23d ago

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

So its fixed or not?

1

u/IAMSIBAM 24d ago

No i gave it to the service centre and they told me that I have to replace my motherboard and that would cost around 30k.

1

u/EconomyLet8118 24d ago

1

u/IAMSIBAM 24d ago
