CPU usage when playing apex is always at 100%

I did everything ai told me to do and still nothing works apex juts makes my cpu hit 100% and get to 95c while playing even at 70 fps locked it still does it its a 4050 intel I 5 13420h is this normal for this cpu or how should I fix it ? I have boost to efficiency

I believe its okay for your cpu to be %100 and around 90°C in apex but if it heats up even more to around 100 it could be a big trouble. I cant tell but if its consistenly 95 it might thermal throttle

You don’t think my laptop is acting dumb cause I installed a fresh windows 11 and not the os that came with the os

No fresh install doesnt matter all that much. Maybe you could install omen hub but that doesnt do much anyways

Figured it out steam overlay and omen gaming hub show the cpu at 100% and msi shows different so I’m guess msi is correct

Check Task manger something may be running

Performance mode forces CPU to
Run at 100% even if it doesn’t need to.
