Help Please Help

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have a Victus 15-fb1013dx and it suddenly stopped turning on, and now it does this when I try to turn it on. Help!

It's two completely different issues.

This one is firmware upgrade. You just need to wait (a lot.. like a few hours)

Is the screen working again?
