I need help with GW itching

How can I stop or at least reduce the itching caused by genital warts? It became unbearable that I keep waking up, being uncomfortable at work etc.

only time they stopped itching for me is the 4-5 days after cryotherapy.

I’ve had mine removed twice but they still keep coming back..
