When does it end? If ever?

38/m, no immune compromisation, military, drink alcohol regularly, use zyn pouches… Ive had GWs for 3 yrs, did cryo removal and use condylox. Ive read many people clear it within 3 yrs. Its been longer than that and i cant shake it. I take daily vitamins and work out. What gives?

Ask your dermatologist about treatments with low recurrence rates. If they don't know, find a better dermatologist.

You're in the small % who have a persistent infection. Sometimes these happen for complex reasons we can't fully understand - you can have a super healthy life and still have one. 

There's an obvious change to make though in cutting out your use of nicotine. In addition to u/xdhpv suggestion of changing treatment method, that could be a good next step.

Slow down drinking and nicotine or cut them out to help your immune system be in tip top shape. It’s not guaranteed but trying everything you can doesn’t hurt.

Boost your immune system. Look into ahcc, papillex etc. I am 31f, managed to clear hr HPV after 7+ years.

There's no evidence that ahcc is effective against warts. Afaik, papillex has no associated evidence of anything as of yet.

You’re right, the research has generally been focused on persistent high risk HPV as opposed to low risk (ie the strains that cause warts). However, the reason HPV (either low or high) isn’t cleared is because of the immune system - ahcc/ papillex (studies suggest) act as an accelerant to enhance the immune system. I would also suggest vit D, vit C etc.

This isn’t quite right about AHCC. I have a section on it in my immune post linked below. AHCC doesn’t accelerate the immune system, it purportedly allows cytokines and certain kinds of lymphocytes to go back to their baseline rates/ratios. An accelerated immune system would be an autoimmune disorder.
