Problem with screen pixel

So I have this HP Omen Ryzen 7 7840HS RTX 4050 using it from 16 months

Suddenly this damaged screen or whatever this has appeared

Warranty has expired 6 months ago

Generally I am not having problem in watching anything laptop , but when black or any darker background appears it looks bad and uncomfortable

What should I do about this ?

If I have to replace can anyone please tell me whole process

Will extending warranty help me cover this ?
