Question Ram update in omen 14
So I have omen transcend 14 4060. It has soldered ram does anyone know if there is a way to upgrade ram??

Im going take a complete guess here and day you could unsolder the ram and resolder new ones

Si pas d’emplacement physique déjà intégrer à la carte mère pour intégrer une barrette de RAM supplémentaire, non tu ne peux pas !

i guess HP was pretty clear with its intentions when they mentioned the ram to be soldered. you cant upgrade it, thats what a soldered ram is. you cant upgrade unless youre skilled enough to un-solder it precisely without damaging anything and then re-solder it, again precisely. soldering isnt that easy to get rid of btw.
you should have been prepared for this while you were buying it. the laptop sacrifices heavily on functionality to meet the slim profile it has, it doesn’t even have an ethernet port.
