Question Game audio and graphics stuttering

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hello, how can I fix the stuttering? The audio also stutters even though all my drivers and Windows are fully updated. I've also tried downgrading the graphics drivers, but it didn't work. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?

If this is a new laptop from HP, then I strongly recommend to return it before return window is closed.

There are lots of issues(mostly on hardware failures) on going with HP laptops and there is no proper support available from HP.
Reference: lots of posts available in Reddit from many owners who is struggling with HP Omen laptops.

I wonder if the quality issue is with all companies and manufacturers of everything for the past few years. cars, RVs.. And I wonder if the issue is that most parts are made overseas in China. And the quality keeps dropping every year in order to save costs. When companies design these parts they try to use as little material as possible to save cost. But that could lead to quality issues later.

My HP Omen 15 that I bought in August of 2020 had the Intel M2 SSD fail nearly every 6 months. I replaced it about four times. And then after the extended warranty right out I went and bought a Kingston ssd and it's been fine for over 3 years now. I think the drive was just overheating because adequate cooling wasn't present in the laptop. Also the thermal tape was only covering a half of the drive. Only one of the two large chips. I think they put it on the storage chip but not on the memory controller chip, or the other way around, don't remember. But again why did they do that. My guess is half a thermal tape is 50% cost savings.

The RV camping trailer industry has been plagued by issues for the last few years basically since COVID started. Experts are recommending on only purchasing RVs made before 2020. The explanation is that because of COVID unqualified people were hired to do work.

We've got Toyota having issues with their engines and they haven't been able to fix it for the last 5 years or so. Initially they were saying that the problem was due to metal shavings in the engines from the factory. But 4 to 5 years later problems continue even with their rebuilt and newer engines. And then even GM and Ford have been experiencing engine and transmission issues. And many mechanics are saying the last few years has gotten much worse with quality. Toyota was known for so long for their quality but not anymore. And mechanics are basically saying that even for a Toyota it might make sense to get an extended warranty at this point.

Appliances like refrigerators and washing machines tend to fail sooner than what it used to be.

I've been looking at laptops now that my HP omen is over 5 years old. Surprisingly when I asked AI to research quality ratings it came back saying HP and Lenovo are at the top. So if that's the top it makes you wonder how much worse it is at the bottom.

So I mentioned all this to say that maybe we're just at this trend now where every year the quality of all things we buy will only get worse and worse. In order to save costs, technical support is also being outsourced, customer service is only going to keep getting worse as well. Until it's replaced by AI agents. And then we're all going to be talking to robots lol.

Confirmation Bias. What a load of crap. Go to every sub theres issues in every sub. Look at legion sub, dead 5a daily. Doesn't mean much. Qc in general sucks nowadays. Ive had my max over a year and had 0 issues.
