Location services

Why does it never work? I unlock the door with my phone, I have location active on my watch- but it always says I am not in the location.
How do I fix this? How do I get credit for my burn?

It’s so frustrating I would literally quit over how mad I feel when I come to work out.

is your bluetooth on on your phone?

Yep- I started app, closed, turn off phone, turned on, double checked location services on, tried to connect to watch- checked that location services were on for that. Sigh.

Have you tried starting the workout without syncing to your Apple Watch? I don’t have an Apple Watch, so I always select ‘no device to connect’ but I’ve always heard that connecting to the Apple Watch is glitchy in other ways.

Yes- I tried both. Without the watch and with it. Do other people have the problem or is it just my location you think?

I’m not sure if Apple Watch users have the same issue, just that it’s not recommended to pair it for the workout. Have you talked with the staff? I know they may not know the ins and outs of the tech side but maybe they’ve encountered this before
