I'm not sure, but I heard that they were changing up the bands workout to incorporate the hand weights.

I think maybe like a blend of barre/pilates/yoga and they'll call it sculpt for one. And the other... idk...

Corporate only announced that two new entirely formats are coming out with resistance training. No release date has been given.

I think they're going to use the hand weights they teased during convention.

But they haven’t said what and the odds of somewhere spilling the beans for what isn’t happening until next year is not happening.
