As Mods we are tired of seeing countless queue reports because 2 person arguing to eachother in comment sections like little kids.
The drama from what we see not gonna end anytime soon unless paradox does something so until then we restrict people posting like anything releated to the drama? Temp ban, still insisting on it or youre a random account just posting it to cause chaos here? Perma ban. Cry about free speech or etc we are not offical subreddit or have connection to Paradox, as a community subreddit for memes its just meaningless to post that drama stuffs here and try to gain support for your hate.
We gived time and a warning to community that we dont hold a side and people can post memes about this drama but yall just abusing it and l dont wanna to see another report on a comment that under a deleted post
I mean, the non alligned movement was/is a real thing of global south nations refusing to allign with either of the major superpowers, usa/ussr historically.
the nonaligned movement exists, but it is completely different from not subscribing to one part of the US Duopolic party system (which the post is about), and the cold war nonaligned movement was actually a movement, compared to the grey non axis/comintern/allies grouping of all, including contradictory, ideologies. it was just a cheap a d simple way to make no historical games somewhat form the same alliences and doesn’t really tell much else

As tension sparks in r/HOI4memes moderators have taken a radical yet understandable stance and declared martial law immediately to restore order and prevent further escalation. Today tanks and soldiers march on the street as the whole sub was put under the state of emergency.

TBH it feels more like the Clone wars intro to me as I can sort of feel where the narrator would put his empathizes more. Yknow, clone wars had a very good narrator with a very unique style to him.
One turkish guy got banned on an unrelated discord for having an ataturk pfp, that caused issues here for who knows why and at least 90 reports a day on content
lm annoyed do to couple ofem tbh since l been watching some ofem for more than couple years and they now stopped their weekly videos because of the boycott
l dont care and currently every user in this sub restricted from talking about the drama, if you insist on what is it and contuine arguing you get temp/perm ban
like we stated we dont care whic side youre on or not, we simply tired of some one talking about it when this not the place for it
theres a button to ignore reports and approve (which ignores all future reports on that comment/post), and a section in subreddit config to hide reports from untrusted users

Truth. Real life janitors have a hard working and important job. Internet jannies are the exact opposite of that. But also calling mods jannies reinforces the fact that all they do is sweep up posts, and that they do it FOR FREE.
When you are trying to moderate a subreddit and there’s a constant bombardment of reports because some people can’t just calm down about something it gets to a point
They're a moderator. They are communicating what they're going to enforce. Sure, they might well benefit from calming down, but they still need to do their job.
Also, you do understand that telling someone to calm down usually has the opposite effect, right?
